What is Art shuffle?
Adult Art Shuffle is truly unique – students of all levels work in a small group setting exploring the medium and subject matter of their choice. Students work directly with instructors to select projects that meet their skill level and interest. We work with you to build your “Personal Art Plan” that creates a sequence of projects that will help you develop as an artist.

OUR INSTRUCTORS
Mher (Max) Kachachtryan studied in Yerevan at Art school of Hakob Kodjoyan. However, he began private art lessons a lot earlier, at the age of five. He earned his BFA in drawing and painting at the Art college of Panos Terlemezyan, and MFA at the Academy Of Fine Arts in Yerevan, Armenia. He has won many awards and he is an honored member of Artist’s Union of Armenia. Khachatryan’s work can be found in Armenian national gallery, the work "My Angel" is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.” Also in private collections in Armenia, Russia and in the USA. Mher's work been exhibited in United Nation's Headquarters on World NO Tobacco day (May 31st) also in many galleries and art fairs like Art Expo NYC, Spectrum FL, SCOPE FL and many more. JONEZCI FERNANDEZ was born in Queens, NY, and raised in Bergenfield, NJ. He fell in love with art at an early age. Jonzi graduated from Montclair State University with a BA in Fine Arts. He studied drawing and oil painting with NY artist Virginia Wagner He loves Printmaking, Charcoal Drawings.
TALAR GOKCHEYAN YASTANGACAL moved to USA in 2000. She graduated with a BA in Education from University of Marmara in Istanbul and a MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson in New Jersey.
Talar studied drawing and oil painting with an Armenian Master Rudik Petrosyan in his studio.
She combined her patience of teaching with her love of drawing and painting in our school.
Ji youn Lai is our Fashion Illustration teacher. She specializes in 9 Heads Figure Drawing/ Fashion CAD/ Fashion Portfolio from beginner to advanced students. She graduated from the University of the State of New York with a Licensed private School Teacher Certificate in 2023.
